1990 PACIFIC LEGENDS

​I'm building the non-glossy set. The set I'm collecting has the border on the back in blue. The glossy set has a grey border on the reverse of the card. The glossy set also has a very high gloss set like a Tiffany Set. They are easy to differentiate.
